This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. It sets no cookies. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the demo request form, and it is used to arrange the demo you asked for.

If you submit the demo request form we collect your name, email address, the organisation you gave, and — where you chose to provide them — your role, your team size and the message you wrote. We record the time you submitted it and a reference code so we can find the request again.

We do not collect anything if you only read the site. There is no tracking script on any page.

The Inter typeface is downloaded when we build the site and served from our own server. Your browser does not contact a font provider, an analytics service or a content delivery network while you are reading this page.

Consent. You tick a box before the form will submit, and the form will not submit without it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete the request.

The data controller is 24 IT Solutions Ltd (company number 08408679), which trades as MarketMachine.

Within that company, your request is seen by the people who arrange and run demos. We do not sell demo requests, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Twelve months from your request, unless you become a customer — in which case your details move into the customer relationship and are governed by the contract we sign with you. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Email hello@marketmachine.co and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The site is served over HTTPS. Demo requests are stored on infrastructure we control, with access limited to the people who need it.
