These terms apply to this website. They do not govern use of the MarketMachine application. If you are a customer, your access to the product is governed by the agreement we signed with you, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

A description of our product, written by us. It is marketing material, and it describes what the product does at the time of writing. Where a capability is limited, sandbox-only or not yet built, we say so on the page rather than in a footnote — but a description is still not a contractual specification.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or professional, legal or regulatory advice. Our references to the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 are a description of a public statute, not advice about your obligations under it. Take your own advice.

Submitting the demo form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract, oblige us to provide a demo, or entitle you to access the product. We may decline a request, and we may stop responding to a request that turns out to be automated or vexatious.

Positiona, Ignita and Converta are our product names. “MarketMachine” is the unregistered house name for the three of them together. Every other company and product named on this site — including any competitor we mention — belongs to its respective owner, is named for the purpose of comparison, and is not affiliated with or endorsing us.

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. We may change, move or withdraw any part of it, including the demo form, without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
